Absolutely love Martinelli Travel. Faye and Michelle are always available with suggestions and guidance. Faye is like a dear friend who is a walking encyclopedia about travel. She just assisted us in taking 6 grandchildren to Mexico. One has a serious illness, and another has a life-threatening fish allergy. Faye made all the arrangements for us to have a safe and wonderful trip. A great big thank you!!! 

Once again we can't thank you enough, we had a great time. Loved our time at Secrets. Looking forward to our next trip and booking others with you ( I know no big surprise ).

Had a long fun day today. We went off resort and went exploring. We went to Cancun and Punta Cana. It was fun to explore but we also realized how much we truly love our resort the Catalonia Riviera Maya. Thank you Faye Sell for your wonderful travel recommendations. Thank you again for all your advice, support and help in planning our vacation to Mexico. It was our first all inclusive – something we've been wanting to do for years and so glad we can finally say, "we did it"!

Amazing experience on our Iceland Self-Drive Tour. Big thank you to Faye at Martinelli Travel for helping us knock off one of our bucket list items!!!
Faye worked closely with my husband and I planning our dream 16 day trip to Italy. She was phenomenal keeping our requests in mind while planning trips to four different cities with day trips in mind. She even gave us Her personal phone number in case anything went wrong. Nothing did. This is our second trip with her and Martinelli Travel, the first was a Royal Caribbean Cruise. Won't be our last!
 In over 28 years, Martinelli Travel has never failed us! They have helped us make wise decisions on some of the places we've wanted to visit. They are true professionals!!

"Hi Faye, On behalf of all 10 of us who just returned from our family cruise on the Independence of the Seas, we want to thank you for all your hard work and let you know we had a wonderful time. Everyone loved the ship...food, service, shows and rooms were all excellent and we especially loved the Chops Grille where my parents were presented with a nice piece of cake in celebration of their anniversary and head guy there gave them a nice little speech upon presentation. The kids utilized the teen club to the fullest and were out later than us each night and met some new friends. The ship was a perfect size for my parents as well and they were able to get on their island tour excursion in Jamaica and loved that. The Jewel Runaway Bay that I did was a nice resort with a flawless beach and great waterpark for all ages. If you have others cruising here, would recommend this even though a little pricey. Lucky for us it wasn't crowded and staff there quite friendly. Labadee was also a very nice beach day. 

The great weather we have had here made our flights very easy and timely as well.

Just want to say thank you for helping us with the vacation… We had a awesome time there… The resort was absolutely beautiful… Food was fantastic, staff was so friendly and polite.. Completely different from when we went to Jamaica.. We’re trying to get more pictures uploaded.

I wanted you to know our Italy trip was outstanding, everything went perfectly. Lots to visit about if we get together sometime or maybe you have specific questions on how our trip went. No complaints,you planned a perfect trip for us.
Were Back !! and all I can say is AMAZING ! we had the best time, so relaxing, food was good and the people were awesome. Joe was surprised and thankful ! 
When I asked him if he would come back and did he think the swim up was worth it, he said Absolutely!...
After this trip Crista was convinced that the only way to travel is via Faye and Martinelli travel. She said she will always book with you now !

Excellent local travel agent. They arranged an all inclusive trip for my wife and I. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. They cover everything so you don't have to worry about it.
